With a robust 4 lakh sq. ft. print facility and 2 lakh sq. ft. dedicated to storage, SBM Industries operates one of India’s most advanced paper conversion hubs. Our infrastructure integrates state-of-the-art printing, high-speed binding, and modern finishing technologies under one roof, ensuring unmatched efficiency and precision. Every unit reflects a balance of craftsmanship and innovation — enabling us to deliver millions of diaries, notebooks, books, and corporate gift solutions with consistent quality.
Strong Workforce
At SBM Industries, our operations are powered by a strong and reliable workforce. A professional administration team of up to 50 members ensures smooth coordination, while 200 skilled and 400 unskilled labourers support day-to-day production. Together, they form the backbone of our seamless and efficient processes.
Prepress Excellence
Our prepress division is where creativity meets technology. A highly experienced editorial team develops and refines artwork, transforming concepts into print-ready designs. The division is equipped with world-class computers, printers, and an in-house CTCP system for plate making. To guarantee accuracy and perfection before full production, we also operate a Canan digital press for high-quality sampling.
World-Class Printing
We take pride in our printing operations, powered by German Heidelberg technology-renowned globally for precision and quality. Our press floor features 16 machines in total, including three 10-color presses, four 4-color presses, eight 1+1 and 2- colour presses, and one brand new 4-color press. Alongside these, a dedicated digital printing unit ensures flexibility for customized and short-run requirements.
Binding Perfection
Our binding and finishing setup is built for scale, quality, and durability. It includes Kolbus KM 21-Clamp Binding, five Kolbus Case Making Machines, a Kolbus Case-In Line Machine, Ester Section Sewing units, Muller Martini Saddle Stitching and Automatic Gathering Machines, 3-Knife Trimmers and a Kolbus Foiling Machine. We also use thermal lamination, Fully Automatic Spot UV machine, and several hundred automated machines that ensure efficiency and consistency every day.
